I wanted to take some time and write you a not about my car care experience with your service center.
Many auto repair shops in Houston claim to know how to work on Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi and Jaguar. The truth really is that most places see dollar signs with these types of cars. I really respect the way you discuss service and repairs before doing anything. This reflects that you're not out to just make a quick dollar but to have a relationship with your customers that goes on for many years.
Your service center and your technicians are true professionals. I have brought in five of my cars for repair and service, and each time the work or service has been done correctly the first time. None of this going back over and over again to get things right, or just giving up and going someplace else. Having my car back when promised, and fixed correctly means so much to us. Having them washed and vacuumed is such a nice touch, really shows how much your team cares about their customers...
Your service center is a pleasure to do business with. Your staff is first rate, very knowledgeable. I know things are going to break and wear out. Nothing is meant to last forever(except Mercedes). Unfortunately most of the time you hear about things only when they are not right; I wanted to let you know that I appreciate the quality of service that you and your staff offer. It's nice to know that when things happen I have a place like yours to bring my cars to. Always friendly, professional staff, and just a pleasure to work with.
